She has always been proud of her origins. By the age of 18, Hinatea was recruited to be a Roxy model and spent the next few years traveling the world with the prestigious surf brand representing polynesia.

In 2008, Hinatea was elected Miss Tahiti and since then she has evolved in the fashion industry. From modeling, Hinatea began designing clothes and accessories for women until she revealed herself as a skifful art director for Eimeo Clothing brand, and as an international producer

Now, Hinatea spends her days managing the surf accommodation she has in Teahupo’o with her little family, organizing retreats and operating her own production and talent agency.
